Get ready to welcome two of Disney’s most beloved characters, Timon and Pumbaa, to Disney Dreamlight Valley. As announced in Gameloft’s latest roadmap, the Lion King duo will make their debut in the game next Wednesday, 9th October.
The Jungle Getaway Update
The free Jungle Getaway Update will bring a host of exciting new features to the game, including the arrival of Timon and Pumbaa. Players will initially encounter the duo in the overhauled Lion King Realm, which has been revamped to include daytime exploration. Join Timon and Pumbaa on a relaxing jungle retreat, where you’ll learn valuable lessons in the art forms of rest and relaxation.
Once you’ve completed the adventure, Timon and Pumbaa will be available in the main world, complete with their own Friendship quests and rewards. The update will also introduce a new battle-pass-like Star Path, featuring a music festival and rock concert-inspired theme.
