Sid Meier’s Civilization VII is finally arriving after an eight-year wait! This highly anticipated turn-based strategy game promises to improve upon its well-established formula, offering both accessible and challenging gameplay experiences.

Civilization VII Release Date and Early Access

The worldwide release date for Civilization VII is February 11, 2025. Early access begins February 6, 2025, five days earlier for those who purchase the Deluxe or Founder’s Edition. Preordering is not required for early access, though it’s recommended to ensure timely download.

Players with the standard edition will need to wait until the official launch date. Exact release times haven’t been announced.

Civilization VII Preorder and Editions

Several editions of Civilization VII are available. Preordering before February 11^th grants the Tecumseh and Shawnee Pack bonus. This bonus is unavailable after launch.
