Acer unveiled two new gaming handhelds at CES 2025: the Nitro Blaze 11 and Nitro Blaze 8.
Nitro Blaze 11: A Giant in Handheld Gaming
The Nitro Blaze 11 boasts a massive 10.95-inch display, powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS processor and AMD Radeon 780M graphics. It features 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 2TB of internal storage. Weighing over 1kg, its detachable controllers offer tablet functionality.
Running Windows 11, it includes a 55Wh battery, two USB-C ports (one with USB 4 support), a USB Type-A port, and a microSD slot. The screen supports resolutions up to 2560×1600 with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Nitro Blaze 8: The Smaller Sibling
The Nitro Blaze 8 features an 8.8-inch 144Hz display. Its specifications mirror the Nitro Blaze 11, except for the fixed controllers and smaller screen size.
