Kojima Apologizes for Lack of Game Awards Announcements
Celebrated game developer Hideo Kojima surprised fans by not unveiling any new projects at The Game Awards 2024. Despite having three games currently in development and a close relationship with Geoff Keighley, Kojima Productions remained silent. He later apologized on social media.
Why No Announcements?
Kojima explained his absence of announcements was due to his role as a presenter at the event. This contrasts with 2023, when he and Jordan Peele jointly announced the Xbox game, OD.
This time for TGA, I was a presenter so I had no announcements. Sorry about that🙇🏻🙏
