Tencent’s Polaris Quest unveiled Light of Motiram, an open-world survival crafting game featuring mechanized creatures. The game bears a striking resemblance to Guerrilla Games’ Horizon series, incorporating elements reminiscent of Palworld.
Gameplay and Features
The game description promises exploration, base building, technology advancement, Mechanimal training, and boss battles. It boasts realistic physics-based building, co-op and cross-play, and precise combat.
Visual Similarities to Horizon
Images reveal creatures strikingly similar to Horizon’s Tremortusk and Chargers, along with tribal humans resembling the Utaru tribe from Horizon Forbidden West. These similarities haven’t gone unnoticed by the gaming community.
Release and Availability
Light of Motiram is slated for release on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, though a release date remains unannounced.
