Planet Coaster 2 Hotfix Improves Flume Fun and Gameplay
A new hotfix for Planet Coaster 2 is out, focusing on making flumes more appealing to park guests. Guests are now less likely to change their minds about riding a flume, more likely to ride multiple times, and will prefer flumes to pools.
Hotfix Highlights:
- Increased flume attraction for guests.
- Guests are more tolerant of longer queues (within reason).
- More accurate queue time displays.
Full patch notes are available on the Planet Coaster 2 website.
December Update Incoming:
The December update promises numerous improvements, including:
- UI Enhancements: Edge scrolling on PC and adjusted colorblind-friendly heat maps.
- Control Adjustments: Improved game controls.
- Logo Removal: Removal of the game’s logo from paths.
- Workshop Improvements: Increased number of Workshop items displayed per page.
- Staff & Maintenance Tweaks: Improvements to staff and maintenance systems.
Further additions are in development, such as flume physics improvements, object color resets, and potentially the removal of the Workshop download limit on PC. General stability, performance, and coaster bug fixes are also planned.
Planet Coaster 2 launched earlier this month, following its reveal in July. This focus on updates follows
