Garena is making history with the launch of “Free Fire: The Battle of Morocco,” its first-ever national esports tournament in the country. This groundbreaking event marks a significant milestone for Moroccan esports, bringing competitive Free Fire action to fans offline for the first time.
What to Expect from the Tournament
The tournament kicks off with online qualifiers on August 5, culminating in a thrilling offline grand finale in Casablanca on August 24. Players from across Morocco will battle it out for three weeks, vying for the coveted champion title. The Group Qualifiers will take place from August 5th to 9th, featuring intense best-of-four Battle Royale matches. The top 20 teams who emerge victorious will advance to the Playoffs.
The Road to the Grand Finals
The Playoffs will host a thrilling showdown between the 20 qualified teams and four elite Moroccan squads:
The 24 teams will be divided into two groups of 12, competing online in a series of four-round Battle Royale matches. Only the top 6 teams from each group will advance to the Grand Finals.
